ORDINANCE #02 -14 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE TO RATIFY 2002 BUILDING PERMIT FEES. SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Chapter 3 (Council Procedures) and Minnesota Statutes 462.353, Subd. 4. SECTION 2. PUR OSj: The purpose of this Ordinance is to ratify building permit fees for 2002 as established in Resolution 01 -12 -445, as follows: Building Permit 1997 U.B.C. Table 1 - A* Building Plan Check 1997 U.B.C. Table 1 -A *; 65% of Permit Fee (until 6/30/02) Vacuum SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter, Section 5.04.
