Section 9.20.12 "R-1U Residential District ", is replaced with the following text: <br />• 9.20.12 R -2 Residential District <br />• <br />Subdivision 1. Intent. The intent of this district is to accommodate multiple <br />dwellings at a density of three (3) to seven (7) dwelling units per acre and multiple dwelling <br />complexes within the 2020 MUSA. All lots created by subdivision located within the 2020 MUSA <br />shall be serviced by sanitary sewer and municipal water. <br />Subd. 2. Permitted Uses. <br />a. Multiple dwelling structures which include duplexes, twinhomes, <br />townhomes, and apartment buildings, containing no more than 10 units. <br />b. Agriculture, excluding the raising of livestock, poultry, and fowl within the <br />MUSA boundary unless compliance with Ramsey City Code Chapter 5 <br />(Animals and Fowl) can be maintained. <br />c. State licensed group homes in accordance with State Statute. <br />d. Licensed home daycares in accordance with State Statute. <br />e.
