AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 09.20.04 "MAP ", OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN- NESOTA. SECTION 1, AMENDMENT, The following legally described prop- erty is hereby rezoned from 8 -1 Business and B -2 Business to R -3 Urban Residential: The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property ") SECTION 2 MAP The City Engineer is hereby instruct- ed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map ", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
