<br /> INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES AND
<br /> PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION.
<br /> The City of Ramsay Ordains:
<br /> SECTION 1, AMENDMENT.
<br /> S~cfion t30.0511(8) of City Code Chapter 130.05
<br /> as adopted by Ordinance No, 89,8 is hereby
<br /> amended to read as follows:
<br /> 130.0511 PLACES INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE
<br /> 8. No off-sale license shall be granted unless
<br />~ the proposed business is located with an area
<br />i the Cily zoned to permit such a land use. In ad-
<br />' dition, the premises sholl bo required to receive
<br />~ site plan approval from the City prior lo building
<br /> construction,
<br />; SECTION 2. PENALTY. r
<br /> Any person convicted of a violalior, of any of
<br />the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished
<br />by a fine of not more than seven hundred ($700)
<br />dollars or by imprisonment for a period of not
<br />more than ninety (901 days, or both.
<br />SECT/ON 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> This Ordinance becomes effective upon its
<br />-passage and thirty (30) days after its publication
<br />according to law, subject to City Charter
<br />Provision, Section 5.04.
