AMENDMENT <br /> gecfion 210.2 of the Ramsay City Code per- <br />taining to Applications for Service, Subdivision 3 <br />is repealed and is amended to read as follows: <br /> The owner of all dwellings, buildings, other <br />struclures or properties where cesspools Or sap. <br />tic tanks have been In existence prior to con- <br />struction of a sanitary sewer shall connect with <br />the public sanitary sewer when such cesspools <br />and septic tanks are in need of repab:, recon- <br />struction or pumping, or within two (2) years et <br />the date that municipal sanitary sewer service is <br />available fo the premises, whichever is first to <br />Occur. Mur'H¢ipal sanitary sewer service shall be <br />determined to be available to the premises wheo <br />trunk or laterial sewer occupies the right-of-way <br />or easemenl adjacent to or on the property. In <br />the event that the City Council finds that hookup <br />to municipal sewer is not feasible due to distan- <br /> , topography, physical barrier or pending Iand <br /> change; sewer connection shall not be <br />uired until such condition changes thereby <br />allowing for feasible connection. <br />SECTION 2.
