AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 210.2 of the City Code. SUMMARY An ordinance amending the Water and Sewer Utilities chapter defining when sanitary sewer service is determined lo be available. The City of Ramsay ordains: SECTION 1. In the event that the City Council finds that hookup to municipal sewer is not feasible due to distan- , topography, physical barrier or pending Iand change; sewer connection shall not be uired until such condition changes thereby allowing for feasible connection.
