THE CITY OF RAMSEY ORDAINS: The following official summary of Ordinance #89-25 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsay as clearly Informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: It is the I?ent and effect of Ordinance #89.26 to amend 1he City's Zoning Code by prohibiting the burning of solid waste, hazardous waste, medical waste or special waste by the use of an incinerator or hazardous waste Incinerator. The text of the Ordinance contains definitions o~ those terms de$c¥1bed above. A p!'intbd ~:opy of Ordinance #89-26 ls available for insj)e~ctl'0n by any person at the Ramsay Municipal Center. This or~in.~nce becomes effective upon it's passage 'and thirty (30) days after publication according to law, sublect to City Chapter Provision, Section 5.04.
