vacate or leave such premises, or the failure or refusal when requested or ordered as herein provided to stop or cease the behavior, act, or conduct; provided, however, that this definition shall not include any person on such premises who may be the owner or tenant of any part thereof, nor shall it include the wife, children, employee, or tenant of such owner or occupier. SECTION 3. AMF-NDMENT Section 110.22 entitled General Provisions is hereby added to the city Code, which Section provides as follows: 110.22 G~N-ERAL PROVISIONS 110.221 Drinking on a Street It shall be unlawful for any person to drink intoxicating or non-intoxicating liquor upon or within any premises not licensed for the sale or consumption of liquor pursuant to City Code, except within the person's private property or with permission of the owner of such premises. 110.222 Urinating in Public Any person who urinates in a public place is guilty of a petty misdemeanor. "Public place" shall include any street, parking lot, sidewalk, mall, boulevard, park or other place open to public view, but shall not include enclosures designed for use as a toilet or restroom. 110.223 Trespassing on Public School Property No person shall trespass in or upon any public school building or school property by remaining in or upon said school premises after being ordered to leave said building or proper~y by a school official or police officer. SECTION 4. ~EPF. kL The existing Ramsey City code Section "Curfew" is hereby repealed. !!0.!! entitled SECTION 5. PENALTY Any person violating any provision of this ordinance is guilty of a petty misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00. 4
