AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 170.013F-I to the City Code. : The City of Ramsay ordains: SECTION 1. PURPOSE AND FINDINGS. i The purpose of this ordinance is to place a i moratorium ,on the sitln'g of any type of new ~ Ic~ndfll) In the City ot Ramsay. This 0rdlnance is ~ intended to allow the City time to conduct ~ s~udles on the Proper type 0f criteria necessary for the review of requests to site new landflUs in the City. This put,se Is Important as the City Council finds that proper studies need to be conducted In Order to protect the planning pro- cess and the health safety and welfare of Ramsey's citizens. SECTION 2. AMENDMENT. 'Chapter 170 of the City Code Is amended by addition of th~ following section: 170.013F4 INTERIM REGULATION a.
