not be applicable unless there has been posted upon the <br />property a sign indicating that such operation is prohibited <br />by use of the words "motor vehicle riding prohibited," or <br />words of similar import. <br /> <br />90.046 EXCEPTIONS <br /> <br />The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to emergency <br />vehicles, vehicles used by governmental bodies, or to <br />persons driving upon such property with the consent of the <br />owner or his agent or any parson in lawful possession of <br />such real property. <br /> <br />90.047 SPEED L/MITS <br /> <br />No person shall operate a vehicle, motor vehicle, or <br />motorcycle on public or semipublic property at a speed <br />greater than is safe and reasonable under the conditions of <br />traffic then existing, and in no event shall exceed a speed <br />of 15 miles per hour. <br /> <br />90.048 AGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />No person under the age of 15 years of age shall operate any <br />vehicle, motor vehicle, or motorcycle on any property other <br />than upon private property with the express or implied <br />permission of the owner thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. PENALTY <br /> <br /> Any person violating any provision of this ordinance is <br />guilty of a petty misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be <br />punished by a fine of not more than $100.00. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br /> This ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty <br />(30) days after its publication according to law, subject to city <br />Charter Provision, sEction 5.04. <br /> <br /> <br />
