<br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA.
<br />    The City Council of the City of Ramsay, Min-
<br />nesota hereby ordains:
<br /> SECTION I. AMENDMENT
<br />    Section 170.0112E Subsection (O) Subseclion
<br />(2)' Paragraph (pi is amended to read as
<br />follows:                                   ,~
<br />    Sufficient right.of-way shall be provided to the
<br />City as determined by the City Engineer to allow
<br />for a paved roadway or future street and a
<br />separate eight foot wide paved river trail
<br />corridor within the right-of.way and the Critical
<br />Area District. The corridor alignment shall be
<br />established by the City/ however, the trails may
<br />not be construcled ur. Iii such time as funds
<br />become available.
<br />    Section 170.0112G, Section A, Zoning
<br />Provisions in the Critical River Area and Urban
<br />Service Area Is amended to read as follows:
