AMENDMENT <br /> Section 170.0112E Subsection (O) Subseclion <br />(2)' Paragraph (pi is amended to read as <br />follows: ,~ <br /> Sufficient right.of-way shall be provided to the <br />City as determined by the City Engineer to allow <br />for a paved roadway or future street and a <br />separate eight foot wide paved river trail <br />corridor within the right-of.way and the Critical <br />Area District. The corridor alignment shall be <br />established by the City/ however, the trails may <br />not be construcled ur.
