AMENDMENT <br />section 130.09:2 entitled License Required, <br />paragraph 5, Is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> 5.. Off. Sale Licenses. "Off.sate" licenses shall <br />be Issued only to drug stores and exclusive liquor <br />stores and shall permit "off-sale" of liquor only. <br />No "off-sale" license shal be issued to an ex- <br />clusive liquor store holding an "on-sale" liquor <br />license. The City may issue a maximum of three <br />(3) "off-sale" licenses. <br /> SECTION2.
