PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 88-12 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 130.0~ (OR- <br /> DINANCE NO. 78.2) WHICH iS KNOWN AS <br /> THE "INTOXICATING LIQUORS OFF-SALE, <br /> PRIVATE CLUB AND ON-SALE WINE LICEN- <br /> SES' CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF <br /> RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER <br />130.09 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br />The City of Ramsay ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br />section 130.09:2 entitled License Required, <br />paragraph 5, Is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> 5.. Off. Sale Licenses. "Off.sate" licenses shall <br />be Issued only to drug stores and exclusive liquor <br />stores and shall permit "off-sale" of liquor only. <br />No "off-sale" license shal be issued to an ex- <br />clusive liquor store holding an "on-sale" liquor <br />license. The City may issue a maximum of three <br />(3) "off-sale" licenses. <br /> SECTION2.
