<br /> SECTION 1. AMENDMENT
<br /> The fo.llowing described property Is hereby
<br /> rezoned from I-1 Industrial to aB-I .l~_u.sinesls!. __
<br /> Parcel A - The east 195 feet of Lot 3, Block 1,
<br /> HY.10 Ramsey, according to the recorded plat
<br /> thereof, Anoka county, Minnesota.
<br /> -and-
<br /> Parcel B - That part of Lot 3, Block 1, HY-10
<br /> Ramsey, according to the recorded plat thereof,
<br /> Anoka County, Minnesota, lying west of the east
<br /> 1~0 feet thereof.
<br /> SECT ION 2. MAP
<br /> The City Engineer Is hereby Instructed to
<br /> cause ~his amendmenl to be shown on lhe "City
<br /> of Ramsay Zoning Map", which map was adop-
<br /> ted pursuant to Section 170.014 of Chapter 170.01
