AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 170.0112E (D) (2) (P) AND ]70.0H2G OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City (;ouncll of the City of Ramsey,'Min- nesota hereby ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance No. 90-2 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsay as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. The Ordinance defines trail corridor align- ments and right-of-way widths for various sag- ments of the proposed Mississippi River Regional Corridor Trail within the City. The alignmenl generally provides a 17'-35' wide trail right-of-way within the urban area east of Mississippi West County Park and a 17'-75' wide trail right-of-way In the rural area west of the County Park. SECTION 3. ¢=FFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective thirty (30J days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
