SUMMARY <br /> The following official summary of Ordinance <br /> #90-5 has been approved by the City Council of <br /> the City of Ramsay as clearly Informing the <br /> public of the Intent and effect of the ordinance: <br /> ' It is the Intent and effect of Ordinance #90-5 to · <br /> adopt certain provisions and conditions regar- . <br /> ding the construction, operatlon~ Inspection, <br /> monitoring and maintenance of solid waste <br /> disposal facilities wlthln the City, provide fo~ ' <br /> usable land after closure, require buffer areas <br /> and set time limitations for the period of <br /> operation. <br /> A printed copy of Ordinance #90-5 is available <br /> for inspection by any person at the Ramsay <br /> Municipal Center. <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective upon its ' <br /> passage and thirty (30) days after publication T <br /> accordlhg to law. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Ramsey, Minnesota this 27th day of March, 1~0. <br /> Gary R.
