ORDINANCE #02 -19 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 <br />WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER <br />OJ HE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN - <br />TA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- <br />TION 9.20.04 "MAP ", OF CHAPTER 9 OF <br />THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESO- <br />TA. <br />SECTION 1, AMENDMENT, <br />The following legally described prop- <br />erty is hereby rezoned from R -1 R Single <br />Family Rural to R -1 U Single Family Urban <br />Residential: <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Wildlife <br />Sanctuary Addition, according to <br />the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota and that part <br />of Lot 3, said Block 1 lying <br />Northerly of a line described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the most <br />Northerly corner of said Lot 3, <br />thence South 21 degrees 50 min- <br />utes 14 seconds East, assumed <br />bearing, along the Northeasterly <br />of said Lot 3, a distance of 115.79 <br />feet to the point of beginning of <br />the line to be described; thence <br />South 74 degrees 13 minutes 33 <br />seconds West a distance of <br />163.50 feet to the Northwesterly <br />line of said Lot 3 and there termi- <br />nating. <br />(the "Subject Property ") <br />SECTION 2 MAP <br />The City Engineer is hereby instruct- <br />ed to cause this amendment to be shown <br />on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map ", <br />which map was adopted pursuant tq <br />Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br />41 T EFFECTIVE DATE, <br />this his ordinance becomes effective 30 <br />a ys after its passage and publication, <br />subject to City Charter Section 5.04. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 11th day <br />of June 2002. <br />Thomas G.
