SECTION 1, AMENDMENT, The following legally described prop- erty is hereby rezoned from R -1 R Single Family Rural to R-11.) Single Family Urban Residential: Lot 3, Block 1 of Wildlife Sanctuary Addition of the record- ed plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota and parts of Lot 2 of said Block 1 (the "Subject Property ") SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instruct- ed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map ", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
