PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION ORDINANCE #90-12 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUN'[Y, MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 130 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE LICENSING CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1:t0.05 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH SECTION REGULATES THE SALE OF "ON-SALE" IN- TOXICATING LIQUOR. The City of Ramsay Ordains: SECTION 1. AMEND/V~ENT Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Section 130.0514 are amended to read as follows: 1. No sale of Intoxicating liquor for consum- pfiofl on the licensed premises may be made: a. between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on ~'he (Jays of I~lor~day through Saturday/ b. after 1:00 a.m. Sundays, except as provided by Paragraph 2 below; or c. between 8:00 p.m. on December 241h and 8:00 a.m. on December 25th, except as provided b'/'Pa'ra~raph 2 below. 2. Special Sunday "on-sale" liquor licenses. Hotels, 'restaurants, clubs, and bowling centers (as per State Jaw) having special Sunday "on- sale" liquor licenses may serve alcoholic beverages in conjunction with the sale of food t~e~ween the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1 ~00 a.m. on ~i')n'M~d~:y"~ I~ro~,ided ~he:liCensee is in ~onforman- CJ'~wlth the Minnesota Clean Air Act, not- withstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1 above.
