OR DINANcE//90-14 <br /> <br />PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MI NNESOTA <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 130 WHICH IS <br />KNOWN AS THE LICENSING CHAPTER OF <br />THE CITY CODE OF RA/VISEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION <br />130.04 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH SECTION <br />REGULATES THE SALE OF NON- <br />INTOXICATING MALT LIQU*OR. <br />The City of Ramsay Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> Section 130.049 Is amended to read as follows: <br /> 130.049 Closing Hours <br /> No sale of non-intoxicating malt liquor may be <br />m. ade belween 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Ihe <br />days of Monday through Saturday, nor between <br />1 :~0 a. m. and 12:00 noon on Sunday. <br />SECTION 2, EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective upon its <br />passage and thirty (30) days after its <br />publication according to law, sublect to City <br />Charter Provision; Section 5.04. <br /> PASSED I~y the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsay, Minnesota the 12th day of June, 1990. <br />-s- Gary R.
