AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 130.04 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH SECTION REGULATES THE SALE OF NON- INTOXICATING MALT LIQU*OR. The City of Ramsay Ordains: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT Section 130.049 Is amended to read as follows: 130.049 Closing Hours No sale of non-intoxicating malt liquor may be m. ade belween 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Ihe days of Monday through Saturday, nor between 1 :~0 a. m. and 12:00 noon on Sunday. SECTION 2, EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication according to law, sublect to City Charter Provision; Section 5.04.
