SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of <br />Ordinance No. 02 -23 has been approved <br />by the City Council of the City of Ramsey ' <br />as clearly informing the public of the ' <br />interest and effect of the Ordinance, <br />It is the intent of Ordinance No. 02- <br />23 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter <br />5, Municipal Regulations, by deleting as <br />public nuisances ponds or ponds of stag- <br />nant water and vehicles used for trans- <br />portation of intoxicating liquors; by <br />declaring as public nuisances certain loud <br />unnecessary noises which annoy and dis- <br />turb members of the public. <br />SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance becomes effective <br />upon its passage and thirty (30) days <br />after its publication according to law, <br />subject to City Charter Provision, Section <br />5.04. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 25th day <br />of June, 2002. <br />Thomas G.
