• • • ununvRNCE NO. 02 -23 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 5 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 5.08, THE PUBLIC NUISANCE SEC- TION OF THE CITY CODE The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance No. 02 -23 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey ' as clearly informing the public of the ' interest and effect of the Ordinance, It is the intent of Ordinance No. 02- 23 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 5, Municipal Regulations, by deleting as public nuisances ponds or ponds of stag- nant water and vehicles used for trans- portation of intoxicating liquors; by declaring as public nuisances certain loud unnecessary noises which annoy and dis- turb members of the public. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04.
