• <br />ORDINANCE 1102 -24 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDI- <br />NANCE 1197 -17 VACATING A DRAINAGE <br />AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 45, <br />BLOCK 6, RIVER'S BEND. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant <br />to and under the authority of the Home <br />Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, <br />Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes <br />412.851. <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL <br />Ordinance 1197 -17 is hereby <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance becomes effective <br />thirty (30) days after its publication sub- <br />ject to the City Charter Section 5.07. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, the 23nd day of July, <br />2002. <br />Thomas G.
