AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to <br />and under the authority of the Home Rule <br />Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section <br />12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION • <br />The following described dedicated <br />road easements are hereby vacated, to- <br />wit: <br />Proposed 142nd Avenue N.W. Street <br />Vacation Description <br />That part of 142nd Avenue N.W. <br />as dedicated and depicted on the <br />recorded of GATEWAY NORTH <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, .described as <br />follows: <br />That part of said 142nd Avenue <br />N.W. lying westerly of the <br />southerly extension of the east <br />line of Lot 3, Block 2, said GATE- <br />WAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />and easterly of the southerly <br />extension of the westerly line of <br />said Lot 3 as dedicated and <br />depicted on said recorded plat of <br />GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL <br />PARK <br />SECTION 3.
