ORDINANCE #02 -27 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to -wit: All that part of drainage and utili- ty easements within Lots 11 and 12, Block 2, Northfork St. Andrews Addition which lie southerly and easterly of the fol- lowing described reference line: Commencing at the most easter- ly corner of said Lot 12; thence North 30 degrees 20 minutes 10 seconds 160.00 feet along the northeasterly line of said Lot 12 to the point of beginning for the line to be described; thence South 57 degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds West 429.15 feet; thence South 16 degrees 08 minutes 41 sec- onds East 126.39 feet to the most southerly corner of said Lot 11 and said reference line there ter- minating. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
