ORDINANCE #02 -27 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN <br />DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to <br />and under the authority of the Home Rule <br />Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section <br />12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described dedicated <br />drainage and utility easement is hereby <br />vacated, to -wit: <br />All that part of drainage and utili- <br />ty easements within Lots 11 and <br />12, Block 2, Northfork St. <br />Andrews Addition which lie <br />southerly and easterly of the fol- <br />lowing described reference line: <br />Commencing at the most easter- <br />ly corner of said Lot 12; thence <br />North 30 degrees 20 minutes 10 <br />seconds 160.00 feet along the <br />northeasterly line of said Lot 12 to <br />the point of beginning for the line <br />to be described; thence South 57 <br />degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds <br />West 429.15 feet; thence South <br />16 degrees 08 minutes 41 sec- <br />onds East 126.39 feet to the most <br />southerly corner of said Lot 11 <br />and said reference line there ter- <br />minating. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance becomes effective <br />thirty (30) days after its publication sub- <br />ject to the City Charter Section 5.07. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, this the 13th day of <br />August, 2002. <br />Thomas G.
