ORDINANCE #02 -28 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 <br />WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER <br />OF THE. CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN- <br />NESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- <br />TION 9.20 "ZONING DISTRICTS" OF <br />CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAM- <br />SEY, MINNESOTA. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. <br />SECTION 2. SUMMARY. <br />The following is the official summary <br />of Ordinance 4102 -28 which has been <br />approved by the City Council of the City <br />of Ramsey as dearly informing the public <br />of the intent and effect of the ordinance: <br />Establishing performance standards to <br />• provide for an orderly transition between <br />residential developments of differing <br />densities. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The effective date of this Ordinance is <br />thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- <br />lication, subject to City Charter Section <br />5.07. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, this 13th day <br />of August 2002. <br />Thomas G.
