ORDINANCE #02 -28 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE. CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN- NESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 9.20 "ZONING DISTRICTS" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAM- SEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SECTION 2. SUMMARY. The following is the official summary of Ordinance 4102 -28 which has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as dearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: Establishing performance standards to • provide for an orderly transition between residential developments of differing densities. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
