• ORDINANCE #02 -30 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home rule • Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION I The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to -wit: The utility and drainage ease- ment over, under and across that part of Lots 3 and 4, Block 3, NORTHFORK OAKS THIRD ADDI- TION as dedicated in the record- ed plat thereof situated in Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies 5.0 feet on each side of and adjacent to the southerly line of said Lot 4 except the West 10.00 feet and the East 10.00 feet of said Lots 3 and 4. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
