NAME CHANGE The name of Lithium Street N.W. is hereby changed to Neon Street N.W. as shown on the recorde,d p'la~ of Hall Anderson Acres Addition. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and 30 days alter its publication accor- ding to law, subject to City Chapter Provision, Section 5.04.
