o <br /> <br />application form. Such application shall be accompanied by <br />a fee and deposit as provided for in §9.03.02. Such <br />application shall also be accompanied by eight copies and <br />one reduced (8 1/2" x 11") copy of detailed written and <br />graphic materials fully explaining the requested variance <br />and related development. The request shall be considered <br />as being officially submitted when all the information <br />requirements have been met. <br /> <br />The information required for major variance applications <br />generally consists of the following items, and shall be <br />submitted when applicable or requested by the City: <br />(a) Location of all buildings on parcels including both <br /> existing and proposed structures. <br />(b) Location and elevations of all adjacent buildings <br /> located within 150 feet of the exterior boundaries of the <br /> parcel in question. <br />(c) Location and number of existing and proposed curb <br /> cuts, driveways, number of parking spaces. <br />(d) Affected parcel(s) dimensions and area. <br />(e) Dimensions of proposed and existing structures. <br />(f) Current and proposed setbacks of all buildings located <br /> on property in question. <br />(g) Existing contours at two foot intervals. <br />(h) Proposed grading elevations. <br />(i) Drainage configuration. Storm sewer catch basins, <br /> invert elevations, and storage areas. <br />(j) Proposed road profile. <br />(k) Location of all existing trees, type, diameter, and <br /> which trees will be removed. <br />(1) Requests for variance in non-residential areas must <br /> submit a site plan in accordance with §9.03.06 of this <br /> Chapter. <br /> <br />Proof of Ownership or Authorization: The applicant shall <br />supply proof of title and the legal description of the property <br />for which variance is requested, consisting of an abstract of <br />title or registered property abstract currently certified <br />together with any unrecorded documents whereby the <br />applicant acquire a legal ownership or equitable ownership <br />interest or supply written authorization from the owner(s) <br />of the property in question to proceed with the requested <br />variance. <br /> <br />Upon the request for a variance being officially submitted, a <br />public heating before the Board of Adjustment and Appeals <br />shall be scheduled following proper hearing notification. <br /> <br />Ord. 90-23 Final 11/13/90 Page 21 <br /> <br /> <br />
