17. The provisions of §9.03.04, Subd. 4g are considered and are <br /> satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Open and outdoor storage as a principal use provided that: <br /> <br />1. The area is fenced and screened from view of neighboring <br /> residential uses or an abutting residential district. <br /> <br />2. Storage is screened from view from public right-of-way. <br /> <br />3. Storage area is surfaced to control dust and subject to the <br /> approval of the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />4. The use does not take up parking space or loading area as <br /> required for conformity to this Chapter. <br /> <br />eo <br /> <br />5. The provisions of §9.03.04, Subd. 4g are considered and are <br /> satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Open or outdoor service, sale, display, and rental as a principal <br />or accessory use provided that: <br /> <br />1. Outside sales areas are fenced or screened from view of <br /> neighboring residential uses or an abutting residential <br /> district. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Sales area is surfaced with asphalt or concrete to control <br />dust and subject to the approval of the Zoning <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />3. The use does not take up parking spaces or loading area as <br /> required for conformity to this Chapter. <br /> <br />4. The provisions of §9.03.04, Subd. 4g are considered and are <br /> satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Enclosed retail, rental, or service activity other than that allowed <br />as a permitted use or conditional use within this section <br />provided that: <br /> <br />1. Such use is allowed as a permitted use in a B-1 District. <br /> <br />2. Adequate off-street parking and off-street loading in <br /> compliance with the requirements of this Chapter is <br /> provided. <br /> <br />All signing and informational or visual communication <br />devices shall be in compliance with the City Code. <br /> <br />The provisions of §9.03.04, Subd. 4g are considered and are <br />satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Commercial planned unit development as regulated by this <br />Chapter. <br /> <br />Subd. 5.
