Section 22. .Amendment. Thnt Chapter 9, §9.20-~5 be ~mended to read as follows: <br /> <br />9.20.25 RB Rural Business District. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent: To permit certain restricted business uses in <br />areas outside of the City's urban sewer service area. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and <br />performance standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br />a. Retail business. <br /> <br />b. Eating and drinking establishments. <br /> <br />c. Offices and banks. <br /> <br />d. Animal clinic without kennels. <br /> <br />e. Personal and professional services. <br /> <br />f. Medical clinics. <br /> <br />Sub& 3. Accessory Uses: <br /> <br />Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use <br />accessory to the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% <br />of the gross floor space of the principal use. <br /> <br />Off-street parking including semi-trailer trucks, as regulated <br />and required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />c. Off-street loading as regulated and required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />d. Signing as regulated by the City Code. <br /> <br />eo <br /> <br />Open and outdoor storage as an accessory use not to exceed 10% <br />of the property provided that: <br /> <br />The area is fenced and screened from view of neighboring <br />residential uses or an abutting residential district. <br /> <br />2. Storage is screened from view from public right-of-way. <br /> <br />Storage area is surfaced to control dust and subject to the <br />approval of the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />The use does not take up parking space or loading space as <br />required for conformity to this Chapter. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4.
