~ction 23. <br />9.21.26 <br /> <br />Amendment. That Chapter 9, §9.20,26 be ~mended to read as follows: <br /> <br />I, Industrial District. <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Intent: To accommodate general industrial activities. <br />Subd. 2. Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and <br /> <br />performance standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br />Manufacturing. <br />Research labs. <br />Testing labs. <br />Offices. <br />Supply yards. <br />Warehousing. <br />Truck terminals. <br /> <br />Athletic facilities/fitness centers. <br /> <br /> Accessory Uses: <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />h. <br />Sub& 3. <br /> <br /> a. <br /> <br />Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use <br />accessory to the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% <br />of the gross floor space of the principal use. <br /> <br />Off-street parking including semi-trailer trucks, as regulated <br />and required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />Off-street loading as regulated and required by this Chapter. <br />Signing as regulated by the City Code. <br /> <br />Open and outdoor storage as an accessory use, provided that: <br /> <br />1. Storage area is surfaced to control dust and subject to the <br /> approval of the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />2. This use does not take up parking space or loading area as <br /> required for conformity to this Chapter. <br /> <br /> Conditional Uses: (Requires a conditional use permit <br /> <br />Sub& 4. <br /> <br />based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by §9.03.04 of this Chapter.) <br /> <br /> a.
