Section 24. Amendment. That Chapter 9, §9.20-~7 be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />9.20.27 I~1, Rural Industrial District. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent: To permit certain restricted industrial uses in <br />areas outside of the City's urban sewer service area. <br /> <br /> Sub& 2. Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and <br />performance standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br />a. Light assembly manufacturing. <br /> <br />b. Research laboratories. <br /> <br />c. Testing laboratories. <br /> <br />d. Offices warehousing (with no outdoor storage). <br />e. Public parking. <br />f. Truck terminals. <br /> <br />Sub& 3. Accessory Uses: <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use <br />accessory to the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% <br />of the gross floor space of the principal use. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Off-street parking including semi-trailer trucks, as regulated <br />and required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />c. Off-street loading as regulated and required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />d. Signing as regulated by the City Code. <br /> <br /> Sub&4.
