PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br /> <br />OROl NANCE #90-24 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MI NNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION <br /> 170.03 KNOWN AS THE "SUBDIVISION" <br /> CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE. <br /> The Cily of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION I. AMENDMENT <br /> Paragraph 1 of Section 170.0310A entitled <br /> "PROCEDURE", of the Ramsay City Code is <br /> amended to read as follows: 170.0310A PROCEDURE <br /> Prior to the City Council approval of a finai <br /> plat, the following procedures shall be followed: <br /> 1) Following approval of the preliminary plat <br />· by the Council, the Zoning Officer shall prompt' <br /> ly notify the subdivider of said approval and <br /> furnish him with a certified copy of the resolu- <br /> tion approving preliminary plat. Within one (1) <br /> year following approval of the preliminary plat, <br /> the subdivider s!lall file six (6) copies of lhe <br /> final plat with the zoning officer. Thereafter, <br /> the Council may extend the period upon written <br /> application by the subd. ivider and subiect to all <br /> applicable performance conditions and re. <br /> quiremenfs, or the Council may require sub- <br /> mission of a new application unless the Council <br /> finds lhat substantial activity and investment <br /> bas occurred in reasonable reliance on the ap. <br /> proved application and the subdivider will suf- <br /> fer substantial financial damage as a conse- <br /> quence of a requirement to submit a new ap- <br /> plication. AMENDMENT <br /> Paragraph 2 of Section 170.0310C entitled en- <br /> titled "RECORDING", Ut the Ramsay City <br /> :ode is amended to read as follows: <br /> 170.0310C RECORDING <br /> approval of the final plat by the <br />Council, the Zoning Officer shall promptly <br />notify fha subdivider of said approval and fur- <br />nish him with a certified copy Of the resolution <br />approving said plat. Within two (2~ years fol- <br />lowing final plat approval, the final plat shall be <br />recorded wilh the County Recorder or Registrar <br />of Titles of Anoka County.
