Building Code. <br /> The Minnesota State Building Code, estab- <br /> lished pursuant to AAinneseta Statutes 16B.59 <br /> through 16B.73, one copy Of which is on file in <br /> the office of the City Clerk is hereby ad~)pted as <br /> the'building code for the City of Ramsay. Such <br /> code is hereby incorporated in this oCdinance as <br /> completely as if set out in full. <br /> A. The following chapters of the State Building <br /> Code shall be administered by the City: <br /> 1. Chapters 1300, 1301, 1302 · Code Administra- <br /> tion. <br /> 2. Chapter 1305 - Adoption of the 1988 <br /> Uniform Building Code 1305.0100 through <br /> 1305.7090, by Reference and State of Minnesota <br /> Amendments, Except 1305.6905 Appendix <br /> Chapter 38 Section 3808. <br />O. Chapter 1310- Building Security. <br /> · Chepter 1330 - Fallout Shelters. <br /> .~*apte~r 1335- Flood Proofing Regulations. <br /> 61~Chapter 1340 - Facilities for the Handi- <br /> capped. <br /> 7. Chapter 1346 - Adoption of 1988 Uniform <br /> Mechanical Code and the Minnesota amend- <br /> ments, <br /> 8. Chapter 1350- Manufactured Homes. <br /> 9. Chapter 1355. Plumbing Code. <br /> t0. ChaPter 1360- Prefabricated Structures. <br /> 11. Chapter 1365 - Variation of Snow Loads. <br /> 12. Chapter 13;'0 - Model Energy Code <br /> Amendments. <br /> i3. Uniform Building Code Chapters 7 and 70 <br /> except 6and 8 of 7003. <br /> Section 2. Organization and Enforcement. <br /> The organization of the Building Department <br /> and enforcement of the Code shall be as estab- <br /> lished by Chapter 2 of the Uniform Building <br /> Code 1988 Edition. The Code shall be enforced <br /> within the incorporated limits of the City, and <br /> extraterritorial limits permitted by Minnesota <br /> Statutes, 1984. <br /> The Building Department shall be the Build- <br /> ing Code Department of the City of Ramsey. <br /> The Administrative Authority shall be a State <br /> Certified "Building Official". <br /> Section 3. Permits, and Fees. <br /> A. Building permit fees shall be as provided <br /> in'the Uniform Building Code and adopted by <br /> resolution annually or as the City Council may <br /> deem necessary. <br /> 1) 1979 U.B.C.
