<br />:The City of Ramsey ordains:
<br />SECTION I. AUTHORI~;ATION
<br />; Pursuant to the authority granted the City by
<br />Section 12.05 of the City Charter, the City hereby
<br />authorizes the disposal of the following described
<br />· real property, to-wit:
<br />, The East 20 feet of the West 930 feet lying
<br />; Southerly of the North 481.82 feet and lying Nor-
<br />therly of the centerline of Industry Avenue of the
<br />Northwest Quarler of the Northwest Quarter of
<br />Section 36, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Coun-
<br />ty, Minnesota, said distances being measured
<br />parallel with the North and West line of said Nor-
<br />theast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter.
<br />SECTION 2. CONVEYANCE
<br />· The City's, Mayor and Administrator are
<br />hereby directed to sign a qull claim deed con-
<br />.v~ying the City's interest In the above
<br />idescribed property to N.D.H., Inc., owner of the
<br />: property abutting th~ subject property.

<br />iThe effective date of this Ordinance is thirty
<br />(30) days after ts passage and publication, sub-
<br />iect to City Charter Section 5.04.
