PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION ORDINANCE ~91-8 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 OF THE CITY CODE ENTITLED."LICENS- lNG AND PERMITS" BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 7.01.10 ENTITLED "rE ES". The Ciiy of Ramsay ordains: .~ECTION 1. AMENDMENT SectiOn 7.01.10 of the Ramsey City Code eh' titled "Fees" is amended to provide as follows: 7.01.10 Fees. The various license fees required by Chapter 7 of the City Code shall be those license fees as set from time to time by City Council resolution. The City Council shall adopt said resolution at its second regularly scheduled meeting in November of each year. However, In addition, the City Council may al other times amend its resolution setting license fees as it deems necessary. The license fee established by City Council resolution shall continue to be the required license fee until amended by a City Council resolution. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE .The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, sub- iect to City Charter Section 5.07.
