AMENDMENT SubdL r5 of Section 9.11.02, Chapter 9.10 is amended to provide as follows: a. Accessory structure's height shall not ex- ceed 22'feet on property zoned Rural Residen- tial, b. Accessory structure's height shall not ex- ceed '!6, feet on property zoned Urban Residen- tial. c. TWO 'story and/or spill level accessory structures are prohibited in any zone. d. Shed and/or gable dormers which do not exceed one'third the length of the bearing wall (sidewallS. below shall be allowed in the upper level ('atU~:,areaL e. Knee walls, cripple walls or cantilevers anywhere.on the upper level (attic area) are · p~ohibited. SECTIOI~2. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is lhirty (30) days after its passage and publication, sub- ject to City Charter Section 5.07.
