AMENDMENT <br /> SubdL r5 of Section 9.11.02, Chapter 9.10 is <br /> amended to provide as follows: <br /> a. Accessory structure's height shall not ex- <br /> ceed 22'feet on property zoned Rural Residen- <br /> tial, <br /> b. Accessory structure's height shall not ex- <br /> ceed '!6, feet on property zoned Urban Residen- <br /> tial. <br /> c. TWO 'story and/or spill level accessory <br /> structures are prohibited in any zone. <br /> d. Shed and/or gable dormers which do not <br /> exceed one'third the length of the bearing wall <br /> (sidewallS. below shall be allowed in the upper <br /> level ('atU~:,areaL <br /> e.
