<br /> AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9.20, WHICH
<br /> IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING CHAPTER OF
<br /> THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MI NNESOTA.
<br />     AN ORDINANCE. AMENDING SECTION
<br /> 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9.20 OF THE CI-
<br /> TY CODE OF RAMSEYt MINNESOTA.
<br /> SECTION 1. AMENDMENT
<br />     'The following described property is hereby
<br /> rezoned from B-1 Business to R-3 Urban Resi-
<br /> dential:
<br />  That part of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />  Northwest Quarter of Section 25,
<br />  Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County,
<br />  Minnesota, described as Beginning~ al
<br />  the Southwest corner, of said Southeast
<br />  Quarter of the Northwest Quarter,
<br />  thence North 0 degrees 07 minutes 22 se-
<br />  conds West along the West line thereof
<br />  for 1065.24 feet; thence North 89 degrees
<br />  21 minutes 46 seconds East.for 471.45
<br />  feet; thence South 0 degrees 38 minutes
<br />  14 seconds East for 266.00 feet; thence
<br />  North 89 degrees 21 minutes 46 seconds
<br />  East for ~69.83 feet to the centerllne of
<br />  State Trunk Highway No. 47; thence
<br />  South 11 degrees 49 minutes 52 seconds
<br />  East, along centerline for 338.94 feet,
<br />  more or less, to Intersect the North line
<br />  of the South 466.70 feet of the Southeast
<br />  Quarter of the Northwest Quarter,
<br />  thence South 89 degrees 21 minutes 46
<br />  seconds West along said North line of
<br />  the South 466.70 feet for 436.71 feet to In-
<br />  tersect a line at right angles from said
<br />  South lin.~ of the Southeast Quarter of
<br />  the Northwest Quarter from a point
<br />    .~on a distance of 741.22 feet west of
<br />        corner of the Southeast
<br />              of the Northwest Quarter;
<br />  thence South 0 degrees 38 minutes 14 se-
<br />  conds East along said line at right
<br />  angles for 466.70 feet to said South line,
<br />  thence South 89 degrees 21 minutes 46
<br />  seconds West along said South line for
<br />  579.93 feet, more or less, to the Point Of
<br />  Beginning. For the purposes of this
<br />  description said South line of the
<br />  Southeast Quarter of the Northwest
<br />  Quarter !s assumed to bear South 89
<br />  degrees 21 minutes ,t6 seconds West.
<br />  Subject to that part thereof taken for
<br />  said State Trunk Highway No. 47 over
<br />  and across the east 33 feet thereof as
<br />  measured at right angles to said
<br />  centerllne;

<br />  the West Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />  of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25,

<br /> the Northwest Quarter of Section 25,
<br /> Township 32, Range 25, lying northerly
<br /> of the centerline of County Road No. 5,
<br /> as the same is now laid out and traveled,
<br /> except that part taken for highway by
<br /> Anoka County on July 4, 1973.
<br /> SECTION 2. MAP
<br />    The City Engineer Is hereby Instructed to
<br />cause this amendment to be shown on the "City
<br />of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was
<br />adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.01 of the City
<br />
<br />.e~'JN 3. EFFECTIVE DATE
<br />'~1~-dinance becomes effective 30 days
<br />afterTf's passage and publication, subject to CI-
<br />ty Charter Section 5.04.
<br />    PASSED by the City Council of the City of
<br />Ram'sey, Minnesota the 11th day of June, 1991.
