AUTHORITY. <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and un- <br />der the ~uthority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsay, Section 12.06 and Minnesota <br />Statutes 412.851. <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION. <br /> The' following described property is hereby <br />vacated, to-wit: <br /> The North 320 feet of Outlot B, Countryside <br />Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br /> SECTION 3.
