5.15.04 POWERS OF THE ¢ <br /> AUTHORITY. <br /> (1) In exercising Powers Conferred by this Or <br /> any other section of this Cede relating to com- <br /> municable diseases, the City's Health Authority <br /> shall be guided by the most recent instructions, <br /> opinions and guidelines of the Center for <br /> Disease Control ,of the United States Depart- <br /> ment. of Health and Human· Services which <br /> ?*-elate t° the spread of nfectious diseases. <br /> (2) In order to ascertain the source of infec- <br /> nd reduce its spread, the City's Health <br /> Y, and persons under the Health <br /> and C0ntrol,'shali ha~e full <br /> authority to inspect or cause tolbe <br /> and to issue orders regarding any <br /> nmercial building, structure or premises, or <br /> part thereof, which may be a site of high- <br /> sk sexual conduct.
