Appeal of Presiding Officer Ruling. Any member may <br />appeal to the 4om oil from a ruling of the presiding officer. Preparation of Minutes Required. Minutes of each <br />council meefil g shall be kept by the Council Secretary. Ordinances, resolutions and claims need <br />not be recorde t in,full in the minutes if they appear in other permanent records of the City and can <br />be accuratelyi tenOfied from the description given in the minutes. <br /> Su~bd. 2. Procedure for Minutes. The minutes of each meeting shall be <br />reduced to tyl; ,w~tten form, shall be signed by the Council Secretary and copies thereof shall be <br />delivered to eltch .~ouncil member as soon as practicable after the meeting. At the next regular <br />council meeti~ng ~ollowing such delivery, approval of the minutes shall be considered by the <br />council.
