Any sewage treatment system designed in ~ai:coi~lance with the State's current statewide standards for on-site sewage treatment systems shall '~e dgtermined to be in compliance with this ordinance. y [ - 9.22.09 ~ Mimufactured Homes and Manufactured Home Parks and Placement of Travel Trailers and Travel Vehicles, Subd. 1 New manufactured home parks and expansions to existing manufactur~ ho~e parks shall be subject to the provisions placed on subdivisions by §9.50 of the Ramsey City, 2od~. ~ Stl~_ d. 2 The placement of new or replacement manufactured homes in existing manufactured ihon~e parks or on individual lots of record that are located in flood plain districts will be treated a~ ~ n¢~ structure and may be placed only if elevated in compliance with §9.22.05 of this ordinane~ If~,,ehicular road access for pre-existing manufactured home parks is not provided in accordane.~~ iwiO §9.22.05 Subd. 5a, then replacement manufactured homes will not be allowed until the pr6gert~ owner(s) develops a flood warning emergency plan acceptable to the City Council. a.i All manufactured homes must be securely anchored to an adequately anchored foundation system that resists flotation, collapse and lateral movement. Methods of anchoring may include, but are not to be limited to, use of over-the-top or frame ties to ground anchors. This requirement is in addition to applicable state or local anchoring requirements for resisting wind forces.
