Section 9!50.50 is hereby repealed and amended to read as follows: Subdivision 1. General conditions. Upon receipt of preliminary approval Of a plat by the City Council and prior to Council approval of the final plat, the subdivide shall make provision in the manner hereinafter set forth for the installation, at the sole expense of the subdivider, of such improvements as shall be required by the City, which imi~roOements may include, but are not limited to, streets, sidewalks, public water systems, Sani~ sewer systems, surface and storm drainage systems and public utility services. ~Tha installation of said improvements shall be in conformity with City approved construction plans and specifications and all applicable City standards and code sections. Subd. 2. Basic improvements required. a. Policy. It is hereby declared to be the policy of the City to, as soon as practicable after approval of the proposed plat, require the installation of all of the following improvements within the subdivision: 1. Stage I Improvements: Major construction items needed to be constructed with a plat prior to issuance of any building permits: e (a) Trunk Sanitary Sewer (Urban) (b) Trunk Watermain (Urban) (c) Trunk Storm Drainage Facilities (when specified (d) Source and Storage (Future Water Facilities) (e) Lateral Sanitary Sewer (Urban) (f) Lateral Watermain (Urban) (g) Lateral Storm Sewer and/or Ponding (h) Streets (i) Concrete Curb and Gutter (Urban) (j) Street Traffic Control Signs (k) Easement Acquisition (I) Lot Grading (m) Trail and Park Development (n) Street Lights Stage II Improvements: Minor and miscellaneous items required prior to acceptance by the City (a) Inspection (b) Street Striping and Signing (c) Street Sweeping (d) Sidewalk (Optional) (e) Seal Coating (or escrow for) (f) Adjusting Water Shut-Off Boxes (Urban) (g) Maintenance of Storm Water Sewer and Facilities (h) Boulevard Sodding
