Section 9!50.50 is hereby repealed and amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. General conditions. Upon receipt of preliminary <br />approval Of a plat by the City Council and prior to Council approval of the final plat, the <br />subdivide shall make provision in the manner hereinafter set forth for the installation, at <br />the sole expense of the subdivider, of such improvements as shall be required by the City, <br />which imi~roOements may include, but are not limited to, streets, sidewalks, public water <br />systems, Sani~ sewer systems, surface and storm drainage systems and public utility <br />services. ~Tha installation of said improvements shall be in conformity with City approved <br />construction plans and specifications and all applicable City standards and code sections. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Basic improvements required. <br /> <br /> a. Policy. It is hereby declared to be the policy of the City to, as soon <br /> as practicable after approval of the proposed plat, require the <br /> installation of all of the following improvements within the <br /> subdivision: <br /> <br /> 1. Stage I Improvements: Major construction items needed to <br /> be constructed with a plat prior to issuance of any building <br /> permits: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />(a) Trunk Sanitary Sewer (Urban) <br />(b) Trunk Watermain (Urban) <br />(c) Trunk Storm Drainage Facilities (when specified <br />(d) Source and Storage (Future Water Facilities) <br />(e) Lateral Sanitary Sewer (Urban) <br />(f) Lateral Watermain (Urban) <br />(g) Lateral Storm Sewer and/or Ponding <br />(h) Streets <br />(i) Concrete Curb and Gutter (Urban) <br />(j) Street Traffic Control Signs <br />(k) Easement Acquisition <br />(I) Lot Grading <br />(m) Trail and Park Development <br />(n) Street Lights <br /> <br />Stage II Improvements: Minor and miscellaneous items <br />required prior to acceptance by the City <br /> <br />(a) Inspection <br />(b) Street Striping and Signing <br />(c) Street Sweeping <br />(d) Sidewalk (Optional) <br />(e) Seal Coating (or escrow for) <br />(f) Adjusting Water Shut-Off Boxes (Urban) <br />(g) Maintenance of Storm Water Sewer and Facilities <br />(h) Boulevard Sodding <br /> <br /> <br />
