SECTION 2. MAP The City ~ngineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the City of Ramsey 7_~ning Map, which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION The folloWing is the official summary of Ordinance g93-06, which has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of tlie ordinance: [ Section 9:.20~03, subd. 11 and Section 9.20.25 have been repealed to eliminate the Rural l~usiness District and the definition thereof. The Zoning Map is to be amended to rezone all Rural Business parcels to to B-1 Business SECTION 4. REPEAL Section 9.20.03, subd. 11 and Section 9.20.25 are hereby repealed. SECTIO~ 5. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to ,City Charter Section 5.07. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, this 23rd day of March, 1993.
