~ Subd. <br /> <br /> a. <br /> <br />5. Procedure for Obtaining a DMP. <br /> <br />An applicant seeking to move a dwelling within or into the City shall be <br />required to file an application and deposit with thc City an escrow fee in an <br />amount established by City Council resolution. The application shall be <br />signed by the applicant and joined in by all fee owners of the Subject <br />Property. <br /> <br />b. The application shall provide the following information: <br /> <br />A description of the dwelling to be moved in or within the City, <br />including dimensions, construction materials, condition of exterior <br />and interior, and photographs. <br /> <br />2. Address of the dwelling's origin. <br /> <br />Address of dwelling's destination and legal description of the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />A certificate of survey prepared by a registered land surveyor <br />showing the proposed location of the dwelling on the Subject <br />Property to which it is being moved. <br /> <br />Thc highways and streets within the City over, along or across <br />which the building is to be moved. <br /> <br />6. Thc proposed moving date and hours. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Proof of a building-mover license/bond as issued by the State of <br /> <br />Proof of fee title ownership of the Subject Property on which the <br />dwelling is to be locate& <br /> <br />Any additional information which the City f'mds necessary to make a <br />fair determination of whether a DMP should be issued. <br /> <br /> iSubd. 6. Deadline for DMP Application. An application for a DMP shall <br />be made at le~t 71 days prior to the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at which <br />consideration bf the application is scheduled to be taken. <br /> <br /> iSubd. 7. City Processing of DMP. After a completed application for a <br />DMP is received by the City, Staff shall inspect the dwelling for building and zoning code <br />compliance a0d submit a written report and proposed DMP, if applicable, to the Planning and <br />Zoning Comn~ 'ssion for review and recommendation within thirty (30) days of receipt of the <br />application, fi'he, recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission shall then be <br />forwarded to I he City Council for a final action. The criteria used by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission a ad City Council in making their recommendation and decision shall include but not <br />be limited to t~ e following: <br /> <br /> 1. The architecture of the dwelling to be moved must be compatible in nature to <br /> the dwellings in the immediate area of where the dwelling is to be located. <br /> Architectural elements considered shall include but not be limited to siding, <br /> roofing, style and age. <br /> <br /> <br />
