Parking lot instructional signs designating the conditions of use or <br />identification of parking areas shall not exceed 8 square feet and shall not <br />project higher than 10 feet in height for wall signs and 7 feet in height for <br />ground signs, as measured from the established grade of the parking area(s) <br />to which such signs are accessory <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. Window Signs. Window signs shall not exceed 30% of the area of <br />the window in which the sign is proposed to be displayed. <br /> <br />9.12.10 Business and Industrial Park Signs <br /> <br /> Subd. 1 Park Identification Signs. Industrial or business park <br />identification signs are permitted only with a conditional use permit in accordance with Section <br />9.03.04 of the City Code. Industrial or business park signs shall be permitted to contain the <br />following information: the name and address of the park, the management or the developer <br />thereof, and the names of the members of the park in which the sign is to be located, but containing <br />no advertising material of any kind, and shall be subject to the following: <br /> <br />a. All industrial and business park signs shall be ground or wall signs. <br /> <br />There shall not be more than one (1) industrial or business park sign for <br />each point of vehicular access to an office or industrial park. <br /> <br />The gross surface area of an industrial or business park sign shall not <br />exceed fifty (50) square feet in gross surface area for each exposed face nor <br />exceed an aggregate gross surface area of one hundred (100) square feet, <br />with an additional ten (10) square feet per exposed face (20 square feet <br />aggregate) per park member listed on the sign. <br /> <br />A ground industrial or business park sign shall not project higher than ten <br />(10) feet, as measured from base of sign or grade of the nearest adjacent <br />roadway, whichever is higher. <br /> <br />eo <br /> <br />A wall industrial or business park sign shall not project higher than the <br />parapet line of the wall to which it is to be affixed. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Park Member Identification Signs. <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />There shall not be more than one (1) wall sign for each principal building or <br />tenant or use within a building, except where the building abuts two (2) or <br />more streets, additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, <br />shall be permitted. <br /> <br />There shall not be more than one (1) ground sign for each principal <br />building. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen (15%) of the <br />tenant's or use's proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign <br />is to be affixed. <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />The gross surface area of a ground sign shall not exceed fifty (50) square <br />feet for each exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area of one <br />hundred (100) square feet. <br /> <br />Page 12 of 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
