ORDINANCE NO. 95-12 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND <br />UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City <br />of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />All that part of Lots 10 and 11, Block 1, NORTHFORK HIGHLANDS <br />ADDITION, according to the plat on record in the Anolca County Courthouse, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies northerly, easterly and southerly of the <br />following described line: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northwesterly comer of said Lot 10; thence South 25 degrees 41 <br />minutes 15 seconds East (bearings assumed and referenced to said plat) 84.50 feet; <br />thence South 78 degrees 42 minutes 22 seconds East 96.31 feet; thence South 1 <br />degree 38 minutes 14 seconds West 231.08 feet; thence South 15 degrees 18 <br />minutes 44 seconds East 25.99 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 11, distant <br />35.44 feet northeasterly of the most southerly comer thereof and there terminating. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter <br />Section 5.07. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey th?
