The City of RamseyO~;dains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section '12.5. SECTION 2. PROPERTY TO BE ,~OLD The following described public properties are hereby to be sold: Parcel A: That part of the .West 66 feet of the East 946 feet of the North 662.68 feet of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision No, 30 lying Southerly of the Plat. of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2; together with the part of said North 662.68 feet lying West of the said East 946 feet, lying East of the East line of Lot 2 Auditor's Sub- division No. 30, and lying Southerly of the Southeasterly extension of the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2 to the West line of said East 946 feet (all dis* lances measured along North and East lines of said Lot 1) except that part plat- ted as Anoka County Highway Right-of- Way Plat N0. 1.
