PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HERRING CITY oFRAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 61 1996, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303. ~ The purpose of the hearing is to consider an ordinance to amend Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) of the Ramsey City Code to amend the structure setback from thorough- fares from i10 feet from centerline or S0 feet from right.of-way line, whichever is greater, to 60 feet from centerline of right, of-way plus the Focal applicable setback, and to repeal Section 9.20.32 (Agriculture). All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed ordinance. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Zoning. Administrator Sylvia Frolik at 427-1410 by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Janua~/31, 1996.
