PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br /> <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HERRING <br /> <br /> CITY oFRAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of <br />Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public <br />hearing on Tuesday, February 61 1996, at 7:30 <br />p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />~ The purpose of the hearing is to consider <br />an ordinance to amend Chapter 9 (Zoning and <br />Subdivision of Land) of the Ramsey City Code <br />to amend the structure setback from thorough- <br />fares from i10 feet from centerline or S0 feet <br />from right.of-way line, whichever is greater, to <br />60 feet from centerline of right, of-way plus the <br />Focal applicable setback, and to repeal Section <br />9.20.32 (Agriculture). <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend <br />the hearing and comment on the proposed <br />ordinance. The City of Ramsey complies with <br />the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon <br />advance request, information will be provided <br />in an alternative form and interpreters will be <br />available.
