<br /> The following legally described Property
<br />· hereby rezoned from Industrial to R-1 Urban
<br />· Residential;
<br /> The North Half of the Northwest Quar-'
<br /> ter of secti6n 27, Township 32, Range
<br /> 25,'Anoka County, Minnesota, also
<br /> including that part of the Southeast
<br /> Quarter of the Northwest Quarter lying
<br /> northeasterly of Anoka County Highway
<br /> Right of Way plat No. 8. Except that
<br /> portion of said North Half described as
<br /> follows:

<br /> of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopt-
<br /> ed pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code.
<br /> SECTION 3: EFFECTIVE DATE
<br /> This ordinance becomes effective 30 days
<br /> after its passage and publication, subject to City
<br /> Charter Section 5.04.
<br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of
<br /> Ramsey, Minnesota the 26th day of March,
<br /> 1996.
