PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION ORDINANCE #96-09 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 6 OF THE CITY CODE, AMENDING SECTION 6.03.15 SUBDIVISION I OF THE CiTY CODE. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1: AMENDMENT Section 6.03.15 Subd. 1 of the City Code, entitled "Other Prohibited Parking" Is amended to read as follows: Subdivision 1. The city engineer is hereby authorized to determine and designate by proper signs places in which the stopping, standing, or parking of vehicles would create an especially hazardous condition or would cause unusual delay to traffic. SECTION 2: EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, sub- ject to City Charier Section .5.07.
