PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br /> <br /> cITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 5 WHICH IS <br />KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS <br />CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION .5.12 <br />"CONDITIONS OF PR£MISE5 <br />OF THE CITY CODE OJ: RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECrlON 1. ~MENDMENT <br />Sections 5.12.01 (Preamble) (a) is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />In any area zoned for residential purposes, <br />the storage of junk automobiles upon an)' <br />property is prohibited· For the purpose of this <br />section, the term "junk automobiles" shall <br />include any motor vehicle, part of a motor <br />vehicle or former motor vehicle, stored in the <br />open that is either: <br /> 1. unusable or inoperable because of lack ol, <br /> or defects in, component parts; or <br /> 2. unusable or inoperable because of dam- <br /> age from collision, deterioration, or having <br /> been cannibalized; or <br /> 3. beyond repair and, therefore, not Intended <br /> for future use as a motor vehicle; or <br /> 4. being retained on the property for possible <br /> use of salvageable parts. <br /> SECTION 2..~UMMARY <br /> Chapter 5 (Municipal Regulations), Section <br /> 5.12 (Condition of Premises), Subsection <br /> 5.12.01 (Preamble), Item (a) was amended to <br /> eliminate 'not currently licensed for use upon <br /> the highways of the State' as a criteria for deter- <br /> mining a vehicle to be a 'junk automobile'. <br /> SECTION 3.
